Working On My Fitness

A while back I talked about ways to workout at home, seriously there is some great content out there, yoga, HITT, cardio, and I still would recommend that stuff to anyone who is looking to get into fitness. But what was hard for me was not really knowing what I should be doing to achieve the results I wanted. I’m the type of person that needs a plan, and detailed step by step program to keep me on track and help me achieve my goals and I found it!
